BABY BACK RIBS
Slow-cooked and Grilled
M&J's ribs are prepared with our own secret rib rub (containing 11 different spices), and olive oil, and baked under a steamed seal. The ribs are then quickly grilled over a high flame to caramelize the sauce onto the ribs and to lock in the moisture and flavor. The results are mouth-watering ribs that fall off the bone and melt in your mouth. A local fan favorite for 18 years.
